Conference Policies
Technology
Delegates should refrain from using technology in committee research and are encouraged to bring written notes. Technology access varies by committee type.
General Assemblies and Specialized: Laptops allowed during unmoderated caucuses to draft working papers and resolutions.
Crisis Committees: No technology allowed. All research must be printed and directives will be handwritten.
Dress Code
Delegates are expected to dress in business formal attire throughout the conference.
Pre-Written Resolutions
Pre-written clauses and directives are not to be used throughout the course of TVMUN. Any delegate found to be using pre-written work will not be eligible for awards.
Plagiarism and AI
Plagiarism and the use of any AI tools in the writing of position papers and committee documents are strictly prohibited. All external sources need to be cited and credit needs to be given to the author.
